Valeria Flores is Ranked in The Top 20% for Soft Skills

In today’s society, soft skills are increasingly emphasized because they are crucial for effective collaboration and communication in diverse and dynamic work environments. Unlike technical skills, which can be specific and static, soft skills such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, and teamwork enable individuals to navigate complex social interactions, resolve conflicts, and drive innovation.

As the workplace evolves and becomes more interconnected, these interpersonal and self-management abilities are essential for fostering positive relationships, enhancing productivity, and achieving long-term success.

Valeria Flores, a Cornerstone College student, joined VANSTU EVENTS as a student volunteer in March 2024. She actively participated in volunteer duties, organized events, and collaborated with student representatives from over 60 schools across Vancouver.

Based on her interactions and activities from March to August 2024, here are the results of her soft skills measurement on the BASE platform, which uses cutting-edge AI algorithms to quantify students’ soft skill levels:

Out of 2,708 students from 100+ colleges across Canada, she is ranked:

  • Top 7% in Social Skills
  • Top 12% in Influence
  • Top 16% in Collaboration
  • Top 16% in Responsiveness
  • Top 16% in Expressiveness

We highly recommend Valeria Flores for her outstanding soft skills. Her exceptional communication, seamless collaboration, and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to any team.
